We generally cater for well behaved Blackpool STAG or HEN Group Couples, Singles, Blackpool Parties and our aim is to offer you clean and comfortable accommodation at the right price!

We are situated in the Central area of Blackpool just 90 yds from Blackpool promenade and only two streets south of Blackpool Central Pier, that s the pier with the Ferris Wheel and Blackpool Tower is just a 5 minute stroll away as is Funny Girls Blackpool.

Blackpool Bars, Pubs and Clubs are also within easy walking distance.

We are able to accommodate up to 36 guests and all bedrooms have been re-furbished to offer you well appointed accommodation with high standards of cleanliness and include: Full Central Heating, Wash Basins, Colour TV s, Tea and Coffee making facilities and towels are are also provided.

Most of our rooms are standard but some rooms enjoy en-suite facilities.

Our Licensed Bar is well stocked with a good variety of chilled bottled beers, alco-pops, ciders and wines etc together with a large range of spirits for your refreshment and enjoyment and all at very reasonable prices indeed.

The Bar is normally open until midnight….unless otherwise agreed!!? Our rates are 15 GBP low season and just 20 GBP high season per person per night on a Room Only basis
