BlackpoolBedBreakfast do not take bookings. We act as an intermediary to facilitate customers finding your properties.  All customers liaise directly with the hoteliers to make the booking, make payment and equally for all follow up correspondence.

BlackpoolBedBreakfast give no view or impression of any of the properties featured on this site.  All hotel information has been supplied by the hoteliers themselves and is based on their own factual information as provided at the time of subscription to the site.

It is the hoteliers’ responsibility therefore to ensure they keep their information up to date, in order to give potential customers a true representation of the property.

Where a customer has a complaint about a property, it is the duty of the customer to speak directly to the hotelier.  BlackpoolBedBreakfast.co.uk will not communicate to hoteliers and customers and vice versa on each other’s behalf.

Content
When submitting content to BlackpoolBedBreakfast.co.uk, hoteliers and 3rd parties shall refrain from publishing illegal, obscene, offensive, sexually explicit or any defamatory remarks or comments that violates the law in general or other advertisers or any content that contains or potentially contains a virus.

BlackpoolBedBreakfast.co.uk reserves the right to remove content from the site which we regard to be unsuitable without notice. Fees may or may not be refunded at our discretion.

BlackpoolBedBreakfast may edit supplied content for gramatical errors and spelling and may re-cut / re-size supplied images before making live to ensure the site maintains a good image. We may need to cut / reduce content supplied where too much information has been provided. We will not change factual information.

All details supplied are the responsibility of the hotelier, in particular, ratings of location which may be subjective.

Payment
All payments will be paid by Paypal only. Where annual subscription payments are not paid at the required time, listings may be removed at our discretion. BlackpoolBedBreakfast will use the e-mail address supplied at the time of subscription to request renewal payments. Renewals not paid within two weeks after the renewal date will be removed from the site.
